At Bihari Rasoi, we take great care in packing and delivering our authentic Bihari snacks with love. However, if you receive a damaged product, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Return & Refund:
We only accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • You notify us within 5 days of delivery.

  • You provide a complete and clear unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened, showing the damage clearly.

We Do Not Accept Returns If:

  • The product was damaged after delivery.

  • No unboxing video is shared.

  • More than 5 days have passed since delivery.

  • The product has been consumed or used.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

  1. Record an unboxing video before opening the package fully.

  2. WhatsApp the video along with your order ID and concern to 9608699548.

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.

Refund Timeline:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
